250KVA Dual Frequency Generator Specially Manufactured for Mongolia
As a big manufacturer in China, we are not only specializing in production, but also we usually make special things to meet the different clients requirements. In May 2018, the client from Mongolia just ordered one dual frequency generator, which means the one generator can work with either 50Hz or 60Hz when needed. The generator information as follows:
50Hz, 1500RPM, 380V/220V, Prime Power 180KW/225KVA, Standby Power 200KW/250KVA
60Hz, 1800RPM, 480V/277V, Prime Power 200KW/250KVA, Standby Power 220KW/275KVA.
Not all of engines can work with both kinds of frequencies. In order to meet with the clients' needs, we adopted USA brand Cummins engine made by Dongfeng Cummins Engine Company in China. Cummins Inc., a global power leader, is a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems. Headquartered in Columbus, Indiana (USA), Cummins serves customers in approximately 190 countries and territories through a network of more than 500 Company-owned and independent distributor locations and approximately 5, 200 dealer locations.
We adopted UK brand Deepsea DSE7320 on this genset. DSE7320 is an Auto Mains (Utility) Failure Control Module suitable for a wide variety of single, diesel or gas, gen-set applications.
Monitoring an extensive number of engine parameters, the modules will display warnings, shutdown and engine status information on the back-lit LCD screen, illuminated LEDs, remote PC and via SMS text alerts (with external modem). The DSE7320 will also monitor the mains (utility) supply. The modules include USB, RS232 and RS485 ports as well as dedicated DSENet® terminals for system expansion.
The modules can be easily configured using the DSE Configuration Suite PC software. Selected front panel editing is also available.
In order to give the best quality to the clients, we usually do the running testing before delivery. At the same time, the engineers always programme the controller, and set all parameters well. Then the users will operate it more easily.
