Our marketing team is made up of over 20 experienced professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of service. Mr. Lee is the leader of this team, who has over 20 years experience in exporting high quality product and supplying excellent service. Under his leadership, our generators have been sold to more than 100 countries globally, and this number is still growing.
The mission of the Purchasing Department is to facilitate best practices and achieve economies of scale in the procurement of goods. It is the responsibility of the Purchasing Department to maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal control procedures, to conduct business with the highest level of customer service, ethical standards, fairness, and transparency.
Since the beginning of the establishment, we have always focused on the technology & quality. To improve our staff’s skills continuously while we often bought many advanced production equipments. Now it has 4 production lines and 300 well-trained workers, which guarantee our monthly output more than 600 units monthly.
Victory Group attaches great importance to the technology innovation and R&D of new products. Central lab and technology R&D center have been set up in newly-built modernized production base, and each year RMB 15 million is guaranteed for the implementation of R&D projects.
The project department is made up of seasoned engineers, planners & electrical engineers, appraisers. We provide engineering services to utilities, individuals, which includes interaction with clients to know their demands; involving clients during project identification and initiation; designing with the latest technology;
The Quality Assurance group leaded by 5 senior engineers and 15 engineers & technicians, the team provides value-added professional engineering quality assurance to both the parts which come in and complete finished products that deliver out.
Victory Group’s service team mainly includes pre-sales service & after-sales service team, which is made up of some well-trained professionals dedicated to providing the most perfect service, such as pre-sales instruction, after sales fix, training and repair.
The Department of Finance plays a pivotal role in the development of Victory Group. When it was founded in 1999, there were only a few members who had to do a variety of tasks.
