Deutz Air-cooled Diesel Generator Set
Deutz Air-cooled Diesel Generator Set: Victory Air-cooled diesel generators adopts with China made air-cooled engines which use the most advanced engine Deutz technology. It has characteristic as follows:
1. Radiation surface of cylinder cover, which average temperature is 170℃, that is higher than ambient air temperature, so it is suitable for high temperature area.
2. It doesn't need anti-frozen liquid, it can be well started and work reliably even under -35℃.
3. It doesn't have water cooled system, so it doesn’t have this trouble, such as erosion, rust, water dreg. The trouble is lower by 27% than water cooling diesel engine.
4. Cylinder wall is suitable for high temperature and fast rising temperature, so its acidity erosion and friction are less than water cooled engine.
5. It has fast warm and good start-up function, so that it can reach working temperature in 5-6 minutes to enter loading status.
6. With high reliability, low trouble, long lifetime, and easy operation, it can run well in normal technical maintenance.

Direct forced air-cooled diesel engine air-cooling, no water pumps, water pipes, water tanks and other components, cylinder block and cylinder heads for the split, no cooling water interlayer. Simple structure, small size and light weight.
