5KVA~1625KVA Victory Brushless Alternator

Victory three-phase A.C synchronous generator by introducing and developing on foreign advanced technology of well known generators are our newly developed products. Its body is constructed by steel shell and rotor is made as whole salient pole type with full damping, with brushless self exciting method and automatic controlling by AVR. It has following features: small-size, light-weight, good appearance and perfect performance.

 

The technical performance and mounting dimension are conformity to international IEC and relevant national standard, the quality of products can reach up-to –day international level.

 

Operating conditions:

 

Under the following environment, the generator could run continuously:

Altitude: not exceeding 1000 m.

Ambient temperature: -15 Centigrade degree~40 Centigrade degree.

Relative air humidity: not exceeding 90%.

 

Main performance data:

 

1. Standard proetction class IP23.

2. All raw materials are insulated to class H.

3. Full-damping whole salient construction guarantees generator to be operated stably in any conditions, and enable it to run under 150% rated speed, overspeed running 2 mins.

4. 2/3 pitch winding design adopted in generator can effectively suppress the third harmonic wave, and the good quality of generator output voltage waveform; 2/3 pitch winding is convenient for generator parallel operation.

5. Steady-stae voltage regulation rate ≤1%.

6. Transient voltage regulation rate: -15%~+20% (60%In, 0.4 lagging), transient voltage recovery time≤1.5s.

7. Total harmonic distortion of output voltage THD≤3%.

8. Telephone interference factor TIF≤50.

9. Telephone harmonic factor THF≤2%.

Brushless Alternator mechanical features:

 

1. Frame

 

The frame is made by steel plate. All industrial standard generators is IP23(NEMA1).

 

2. Shaft and key

 

All generator rotors are dynamically balanced to better than BS6861: Part1 grade2.5 for minimum vibration in operation. Two bearing generators are balanced with a half key.

 

3. Terminals and terminal box

 

Standard generators are 3-phase reconnect able with 12 ends brought out to the terminals, which are mounted on a cover at the non-drive end of the generator. A sheet steel terminal box contains the AVR and provides ample space for the customers’ wiring and gland arrangements. It has removable panels for easy access.

 

4. Engine adaptor and coupling

 

All generators have two kinds construction. The single-bearing generators engine adaptor to SAE 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, the coupling discs to SAE 7, 5, 8, 10, 11, 5, 14 and 18 are available. The double-bearing generators adaptor to SAE 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are available. IEC34, CSA C22.2-100, AS1359. Other standards and certifications can be considered on request.

 

A.C Alternator Electrical character:

 

1. Insulation

 

The insulation system is class H.

All wound components are impregnated with materials and processes designed specifically to provide the high build required for static windings and the high mechanical strength required for rotating components.

 

2. Windings & electrical performance

 

All generator stators are wound to 2/3 pitch. This eliminates triple(3rd, 9th, 15th) harmonics on the voltage waveform and is found to be the optimum design for trouble-free supply of non-linear loads. The 2/3 pitch design avoids excessive neutral currents sometimes seen with higher winding pitches, when in parallel with the mains. A fully connected damper winding reduces oscillation during paralleling. This winding, with the 2/3 pitch and carefully selected pole and tooth designs, ensures very low waveform distortion.

 

3. Excitation system

 

SX460, SX440, MX341, and MX321

SX440&460 AVR standard, voltage regulation (± 1.5%)

With this self excited control system the main stator supplies power via the automatic voltage regulator (AVR) to the exciter stator. The high efficiency semi-conductors of the AVR ensure positive build-up from initial low levels of residual voltage. The exciter rotor output is fed to the main rotor through a three-phase full wave bridge rectifier. This rectifier is protected by a surge suppressor against surges caused, for example, by short circuit.

SX440 AVR voltage regulation (± 1%), and low frequency protection, exterior voltage adjustment.

MX341 AVR suitable for the generator with permanent magnetic generator(PMG).
